Siri, Alexa, Cortana and Hey Google are voice assistants that are already an integral part of many people’s lives. In 3-5 years, however, these could take on new forms, so that the importance of language in the context of brand communication gains much more importance. Christian Daul, CEO and Managing Director at Reinsclassen GmbH & Co. KG in Frankfurt, Germany talked to us about the development of voice and the importance of language for marketing.
